We are pleased to offer this Half Day Camp for players interested in training.

Camp will be at Rinx(Dufferin and 401)

8:30am - 1pm

Schedule for the Day

Drop Off: 8:30am - 9:15am

On-Ice Session: 9:15am - 11:15am

Dryland/Off-Ice Training: 11:30am - 12:30pm

Pickup: 12:30pm - 1pm

2 Hours, On-Ice Training

1 Hour, Off-Ice/Dryland Training

​

Players are to bring their own water bottle, running shoes, workout apparel.
